Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Performance Marketer. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing advertisement campaigns, analyzing performance data, and optimizing campaigns to improve ROI. Day-to-day tasks include defining project goals, monitoring campaign performance, creating reports, and collaborating with other team members to ensure marketing objectives are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in Performance Marketing, including campaign management and optimization
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager)
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and performance metrics
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and in a remote environment
• Experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
• Understanding of SEO and SEM practices
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
