We are currently seeking a skilled Pediatrician to join our team and make a difference in the lives of children in need. Role Responsibilities Conduct routine and preventative health examinations for pediatric patients. Diagnose and provide treatment for a wide range of pediatric illnesses and conditions. Administer vaccines and monitor vaccination schedules for children. Provide guidance to parents on child health, nutrition, and lifestyle practices. Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals, specialists, and support staff. Maintain detailed records of patient examinations, diagnosis, and treatment plans. Educate families on health promotion and disease prevention. Stay updated on advancements in pediatric care and treatment methods. Participate in community health programs and outreach initiatives. Provide support during medical emergencies and critical situations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive healthcare delivery. Handle patient inquiries and provide timely responses to concerns. Encourage a supportive and nurturing environment for young patients. Uphold best practices in patient confidentiality and ethical medical practices. Qualifications Medical degree (MD) from an accredited institution. Board certification in Pediatrics. Valid medical license to practice medicine in India. Proven experience as a Pediatrician in a clinical setting. Strong understanding of pediatric healthcare regulations and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams. Demonstrated compassion and advocacy for pediatric patients and families. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Commitment to continuous professional development and learning. Ability to manage stressful situations calmly and effectively. Caring attitude toward children and their families. Flexibility to adapt to changing healthcare environments. Willingness to participate in community health initiatives.
