Partner Support Advisor (Billing)  Experience : 1+ years experience with CDR’s and LDR’s accurate billing process Shift : UK Location: Gurugram  About the role:  The Billing Analyst supports the Billing function by collecting data in the format of CDR’s and LDR’s (Call Data Records and Line Data Records), maintaining accuracy of data, reporting on profitability and resolving billing issues. The Billing Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting the billing function to deliver timely and accurate billing across all divisions.      What makes you a great fit:  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail  The ability to work as part of a team, with a common goal  Well-developed, proactive, can-do, customer centric attitude and behaviour  An ability to solve problems in a logical manner, thereby rectifying customer issues speedily and efficiently  Enthusiasm, self-motivated & willing to operate flexibly  Intermediate knowledge of Excel  Ability to understand technical data specifications  High level of accuracy  A desire to improve both personally and as a team  Key responsibilities:      Run reports and checks on customer charging using the company’s own developed billing system  Resolve unbilled items (i.e. where a tariff hasn’t been assigned to a customer)  Data collection and checks of CDRs, identifying efficiencies where possible  Follow department procedures to enable live bill run sign offs  Support the line manager with ongoing improvements to the billing function, including:  Templating reports  Bill-run procedures (i.e. data collection)  Pro-active ideas to drive improvement  Support Billing department as required and be involved with cross training between Managed Billing and Wholesale Billing teams  Charge queries  Assist with Partner migrations  Additional ad-hoc requirements as directed
