Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle HCM Cloud

  Compensation modules

  , including:

• Base Pay

• Workforce Compensation

• Individual Compensation

• Total Compensation Statements

• Provide functional support and best practice guidance for compensation-related modules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align compensation modules with

  Performance Management

  .
• Design and deliver scalable solutions that align with

  global compensation policies and business requirements

  .
• Create functional documentation including configuration workbooks, test scripts, and training materials.
• Work with technical teams to support integrations and data migration related to compensation.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience

  in Oracle HCM Cloud, with a primary focus on

  Compensation modules

  .
• Proven hands-on experience in configuring:
• Base Pay
• Workforce Compensation
• Individual Compensation
• Total Compensation Statements
• Strong understanding of

  Performance Management module

  and its interaction with Compensation.
• In-depth knowledge of

  global compensation processes and best practices

  .
• Excellent

  communication and stakeholder management skills

  .
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle Cloud Certification

  in HCM Compensation is a strong plus.
• Experience with

  other HCM modules

  (e.g., Talent Management, Core HR) is desirable.
