Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Supervisor based in New Delhi. The Operations Supervisor will oversee daily operations, manage teams, and ensure the smooth execution of relocation services. Responsibilities include supervisory tasks, operational planning, and coordinating with various departments to maintain service quality. The role requires monitoring operational performance, analyzing data, and providing feedback to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
• Previous experience in the relocation or logistics industry is a plus
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
