2. Patient Satisfaction: Ensure high-quality patient care, addressing concerns and improving overall patient experience.

3. Staff Management: Supervise and guide PSC staff, including phlebotomists, receptionists, and other support staff.

Quality and Compliance

1. Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.

2. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure PSC centers comply with relevant regulations, such as CLIA, CAP, or NABL.

3. Safety and Hygiene: Maintain a safe and hygienic environment for patients and staff.

Business Performance 1. Revenue Growth: Monitor and analyze revenue performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

2. Test Volumes: Manage test volumes, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and minimizing waste.
