Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operation Manager to lead and manage our branch operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily business activities, ensuring smooth operations, achieving business goals, managing staff performance, and driving customer satisfaction. The Branch Manager will play a key role in strategic planning, team leadership, and overall branch profitability.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full responsibility for overall branch functioning, ensuring smooth coordination among Civil, Architecture, HR, Finance, and Social Media departments.
  • Supervise daily operations, project execution, staff accountability, and client deliverables.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgeting, documentation, compliance, and overall quality control.
  • Ensure interdepartmental alignment and resolve operational roadblocks proactively.
  • Manage HR-related tasks such as attendance, hiring coordination, staff evaluations, and team motivation.
  • Coordinate with the Finance department on budgets, expense tracking, and reporting.
  • Oversee Social Media team output related to property listings, brand visibility, and digital updates.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and submit weekly reports to senior management.
  • Represent the branch in internal meetings and ensure implementation of management directives.
  • Uphold company policies and maintain a disciplined and efficient work environment.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to meet branch sales targets and profitability.
  • Manage, mentor, and motivate team members to meet performance goals.
  • Ensure high levels of customer service and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor and manage branch budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance to senior management.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Ensure proper staffing levels, training, and performance management.
  • Maintain the branch facility, equipment, and assets in good condition.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 8-15 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in a branch or operational setting.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, customer service standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant business software.
  • Ability to make decisions under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
