Location: Lonavala Position: Operation Manager Key Responsibilities Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring high standards in guest service, cleanliness, and overall property management. Drive hotel sales and revenue growth by identifying business opportunities, managing client relationships, and implementing effective sales strategies. Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team across departments, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Collaborate with department heads to optimize workflows and ensure smooth coordination between front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and other operational areas. Supervise front office operations, ensuring efficient check-in/check-out processes and guest satisfaction. Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standard operating practices to enhance efficiency and service quality. Monitor guest feedback and satisfaction metrics, proactively addressing issues to ensure exceptional guest experiences. Manage budgets, control costs, and work towards maximizing profitability across all outlets. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards. Conduct regular inspections and audits of all departments to maintain quality standards and operational readiness. Handle guest concerns and complaints with professionalism and a commitment to resolution. Report to the General Manager and deputize in their absence. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a similar role Proficiency with Microsoft Office Strong organizational and communication skills Strong ability to multitask
