Key Responsibilities:

E-commerce Operations

• Manage daily operations on Amazon, Flipkart, and other platforms.
• Handle product listings, catalog optimization, keyword-rich descriptions, and A+ content coordination.
• Track and respond to orders, cancellations, returns, and replacements.
• Ensure timely product availability by syncing sales and stock.

Inventory & Warehouse Management

• Maintain real-time inventory records using Excel or software tools.
• Coordinate with internal warehouse teams for dispatch, packaging, and stock inward/outward.
• Prevent overstocking or stockouts through planning & forecasting.

Purchase Orders & Vendor Management

• Generate and manage Purchase Orders (PO) for raw materials and packaging vendors.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics for timely procurement and delivery.
• Keep records of inward invoices, dispatch notes, and GST bills.

Marketplace Advertising & Promotions

• Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on Amazon (SP, SB) and Flipkart Ads.
• Monitor ad spends, ACoS, conversion rates, and suggest optimization strategies.
• Coordinate for lightning deals, coupons, and seasonal offers.
  

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of

  Amazon & Flipkart Seller Central

• Hands-on experience with inventory management & dispatch coordination

• Basic understanding of Excel or inventory software

• Good analytical skills for ads & performance marketing

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, multitasking environment

• Strong attention to detail, follow-ups, and communication

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or related field
• Experience with D2C, FMCG, or Beauty/Skincare brands is a plus
