We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Operations Manager who can lead daily business operations across marketplaces and inventory functions while supporting performance marketing on Amazon, Flipkart, and other platforms. Key Responsibilities: 🛒 E-commerce Operations Manage daily operations on Amazon, Flipkart, and other platforms. Handle product listings, catalog optimization, keyword-rich descriptions, and A+ content coordination. Track and respond to orders, cancellations, returns, and replacements. Ensure timely product availability by syncing sales and stock. 📦 Inventory & Warehouse Management Maintain real-time inventory records using Excel or software tools. Coordinate with internal warehouse teams for dispatch, packaging, and stock inward/outward. Prevent overstocking or stockouts through planning & forecasting. 📑 Purchase Orders & Vendor Management Generate and manage Purchase Orders (PO) for raw materials and packaging vendors.
