Location: Hotel Lakeview, Shamshabad, Hyderabad

Duration: Full-Time

Stipend: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our property.

The ideal candidate will ensure seamless operations, manage OTA channels efficiently, and lead the hotel staff to deliver high-quality guest service.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and maintenance

Ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes and guest satisfaction

Manage OTA listings (e.g., Booking.com, Agoda, MakeMyTrip, etc.) for inventory, pricing, and content

Supervise staff, ensure scheduling efficiency, and uphold service standards

Monitor guest feedback and address concerns promptly

Handle vendor coordination and stock/inventory management

Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hospitality standards

Requirements

Proven experience in hotel operations or hospitality management (minimum 1 year preferred)

Strong knowledge of OTA platforms and channel management systems

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple departments

Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, internet, booking engines)

Degree/diploma in Hotel Management or related field is a plus
