Operations Lead (Scrum Master) – Sales, Social Projects & Internal Operations

Operations Lead

✅ B2B & B2C sales cycles

✅ Community-based social projects & campaigns

✅ Research & field innovation pilots

✅ Internal support teams (HR, Finance, Tech, L&D)

What You’ll Do

• Lead sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups across pods
• Translate strategy into operational roadmaps and sprint boards
• Align field, sales, and support teams to deliver high-impact programs
• Track OKRs, velocity, and agile KPIs for organizational performance
• Ensure donor-linked deliverables are met through structured execution

What We’re Looking For

• 8-10 years of experience in operations/project management, with minimum 6 years of leading projects/sales teams 
• Agile experience in complex ecosystems (preferably has used Jira platform)
• Proven ability to work across sales, social impact, and support functions
• Passion for rural development, digital tools, and systems thinking
