About the Role

Are you organized, resourceful, and eager to be the engine behind a growing tech startup?

At Cortex5 Technologies, we’re looking for an Operations Intern to help manage and streamline the day-to-day activities that keep our team running smoothly. You'll work closely with the founders and core team, gaining hands-on experience across admin, HR, internal processes, and startup operations.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in managing internal operations and daily workflow
• Help with hiring coordination, onboarding, and documentation
• Maintain task boards and track project progress
• Coordinate between teams (creative, tech, marketing)
• Support founder in scheduling, reporting, and admin tasks
• Research tools, vendors, and processes to improve efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and organization skills
• Comfortable using Google Workspace or Excel
• Proactive attitude — someone who takes ownership
• Willingness to learn and solve problems independently
• (Bonus): Familiarity with HR, project management, or startup tools
