Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily order flow between multiple warehouses and logistics partners.
• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of all customer orders with end-to-end tracking.
• Monitor inventory movement and work closely with warehouse teams for stock accuracy.
• Resolve logistics issues, delayed shipments, RTOs (Return to Origin), and delivery escalations.
• Communicate with third-party logistics providers to ensure smooth operations and service-level adherence.
• Maintain and update operational trackers and dashboards with order and delivery status.
• Conduct daily reconciliation of shipped, in-transit, delivered, and returned orders.
• Coordinate with the Customer Support Team to resolve order-related queries or complaints.
• Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and service quality standards.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, warehouse coordination, or logistics (preferred).
• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across internal and external teams.
• Familiarity with shipping platforms, or order management systems (OMS) is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under pressure.
