Job Description

Payroll & HR Administration Compile and verify attendance records from multiple locations Review salary sheets before payment approval Track employee documentation (appointment letters, registrations) Maintain employee records and process separations Financial Management Manage office petty cash Prepare and send bills with proper documentation Vendor & Procurement Register new vendors in accounting systems Generate and track purchase orders Process vendor bills including online purchases Operations & Coordination Coordinate maintenance activities across all branches Facilitate communication between branches and Head Office Audit outlets regularly for compliance and service standards Monitor and analyze consumption records to identify cost-saving opportunities Develop and implement efficient administrative systems and processes Maintain records, Paperwork, filing Handle secretarial work related matter for senior Management Compliance & Documentation Conduct outlet audits across multiple locations Manage regulatory compliance certificates Maintain Admin related, track insurance policies, AMC Oversee maintenance for outlets Required Skills Strong proficiency in google sheet Excel for data management and reporting Excellent written communication for correspondence and documentation Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping Organizational skills to manage multiple administrative processes Process improvement mindset to enhance operational efficiency Ability to prepare clear, concise reports and business communications Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field 2+ years experience in administrative role Strong documentation and process management abilities This position requires a detail-oriented professional capable of managing diverse administrative tasks while maintaining accurate records and supporting organizational efficiency.
