We are committed to improving service standards in the hotel sector through reliable, affordable, and top-notch produc We’re hiring a proactive and organized Founder’s Office Executive to assist with daily business operations. You’ll work directly with the founder to manage orders, billing, payments, production tracking, and stock management using Google Sheets. Key Responsibilities: Manage incoming orders and generate billing/invoices Make follow-up calls for payment collections Maintain daily records of production, stock, and dispatch in Google Sheets Coordinate with production, sales, and logistics teams for smooth operations Support the founder with reports, updates, and administrative tasks Keep track of vendor interactions and internal communications --- Candidate Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in BBA, B.Com, or a related field 0–1 year of experience in admin, operations, or accounts (freshers welcome) Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets (basic formulas and data entry) Good communication skills in English and Malayalam Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail --- What We Offer: A chance to work closely with the founder and learn core business operations Exposure to multiple business functions: sales, operations, finance, and supply chain Friendly work environment with learning opportunities and growth
