Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Admin Manager with an engineering background in the fabrication and steel industry. The ideal candidate will coordinate effectively with the Production, Site, and Design teams to ensure on-time performance and seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordination: Collaborate with Production, Site, and Design teams to facilitate timely project execution.
• Manpower Management: Oversee manpower allocation and ensure effective utilization of resources.
• Dispatch & Transport: Manage daily dispatch and transportation operations, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Stores Management: Oversee day-to-day store operations and Material Inventory Management (MIN).
• AMC/CMC Management: Handle Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and Comprehensive Maintenance Contracts (CMC), ensuring timely renewals and service delivery.
• Material Procurement: Send inquiries for material procurement and maintain supplier relationships.
• Computer Proficiency: Utilize various software applications for effective data management and reporting.
• Communication: Exhibit excellent communication skills to liaise with team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Engineering degree (preferably in Mechanical or Civil) related to Fabrication & Steel.
• Proven experience in an administrative role within the fabrication or steel industry.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
