Office Admin/Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day office work
• Keep records and reports updated daily
• Handle billing and accounts using Tally software
• Maintain files and office documents properly
• Look after office cleanliness and supplies
• Coordinate with staff, vendors, and management
• Keep track of staff attendance and office timings
• Support basic HR and admin work

Requirements:

• Must have experience using Tally
• Should know basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
• Must be honest, responsible, and hardworking
• Able to manage work independently
• Should be ready to stay full-time at the company campus
