Organise and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, for easy access to information. Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence. Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary. Implement office procedures and policies to enhance productivity.
