Location: Andheri East, Mumbai Role Type: Full-time | In-Person Brand : Premium Travel Luggage & Accessories What You’ll Be Responsible For: Planning, launching, managing, and optimising paid campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager Understanding the nuances of premium brand positioning while selling higher-priced products confidently Deep understanding of bottom-funnel campaigns – remarketing, high-intent audience capture, and conversionoriented ad flows Managing multiple ad accounts to analyse performance and discover growth opportunities Working closely with creative teams to craft and iterate winning ad creatives Building and maintaining a creative performance sheet to optimise future campaigns Managing audiences via Audience Manager, setting up pixel events and tracking through Events Manager, and ensuring smooth functioning of Commerce Manager Defining the strategy, tone, and targeting for Meta-sponsored campaigns What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of experience in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) performance marketing Strong foundation in e-commerce D2C marketing Prior experience in a digital agency (2-3 years) and ideally 1-2 years on a consumer brand side • Passion for premium products and confidence in building campaigns around higher AOV products Bonus If You Also Know: Running Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display) Tools You Must Know: Facebook Ads Manager Events Manager Commerce Manager Audience Manager Perks & Benefits: Medical & health insurance Opportunity to be a part of a growing premium brand Work directly with the founder and core team Fast-paced learning and direct impact on growth If you're ready to scale a premium D2C brand like never before, apply now and let’s get to #MakingMoves together.
