Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Respond to Customer Queries: Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels. Address customer inquiries and provide accurate product/service information. Resolve Customer Issues: Investigate and resolve customer complaints and escalations in a timely manner. Provide troubleshooting assistance for product or service-related issues. Maintain Customer Records: Update customer profiles and interaction records in the CRM system. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions. Provide Feedback: Identify trends in customer feedback and communicate potential product or service improvements to the relevant teams. Work closely with other departments (e.g., sales, technical support) to ensure customer satisfaction. Sales Support (if applicable): Assist customers with product recommendations and upselling or cross-selling opportunities. Process orders, returns, and exchanges when necessary. Compliance and Quality: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service-level agreements (SLAs). Follow quality control processes to ensure the highest level of customer service. Key Skills and Qualifications: Education: Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in customer service, support, or a related field. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other customer service tools. Multitasking Ability: Ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining high service standards. Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with other departments. Desired Attributes: Patience and empathy towards customer needs. Strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Willingness to learn and adapt to changing company needs.
