• Role Summary: We are looking for a skilled and proactive L3 Office 365 Support Engineer to manage, support, and optimize enterprise-level O365 environments.
• The candidate will handle complex escalations, lead service improvements, and ensure smooth functioning across core Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Security & Compliance features.
• Key Responsibilities: Provide L3-level support for Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive).
• Troubleshoot complex issues involving mail flow, calendar sync, hybrid Exchange, and connectivity.
• Manage and maintain Exchange Online Protection (EOP), anti-spam, DLP, and Safe Links/Attachments.
• Configure and manage Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Purview (Compliance Center), and data retention policies.
• Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Teams (including voice/telephony if applicable).
• Handle identity and access issues, including Azure AD roles, MFA, and Conditional Access.
• Work on PowerShell scripts to automate tasks, reporting, and bulk operations.
• Perform user provisioning, license assignments, group management (security, distribution, M365 groups).
• Support hybrid environments AD sync with Azure AD (Entra ID), Exchange Hybrid deployments.
• Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and change management activities.
• Document runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
