Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across departments such as QA/QC, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Production, Engineering, EHS, Sales & Marketing Collaborate with plant HR and hiring managers to plan manpower needs and recruitment timelines Source candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and consultancy tie-ups Conduct preliminary screening and schedule interviews Travel to the factory every alternate week to oversee recruitment drives, interviews, and onboarding at the site Coordinate with functional heads for interview feedback and selection decisions Maintain recruitment trackers and submit weekly/monthly MIS reports Handle offer negotiations, offer letters, and pre-joining formalities Maintain candidate engagement and ensure smooth onboarding Preferred candidate profile Key Skills: Pharma / API Recruitment Plant-level & Corporate Hiring Field Recruitment Drives Naukri, LinkedIn, and Job Portals Interview Coordination Factory HR Coordination MIS & Recruitment Reports Communication & Interpersonal Skills Travel Flexibility Education & Experience: Graduate or Postgraduate in HR, Life Sciences, or related fields 36 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or manufacturing recruitment Must be comfortable with alternate-week travel to [Factory Location e.g., Nellore]
