Role & responsibilities Conduct field visits to meet clients and promote company products/services. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers. Assist the technical team by collecting feedback and identifying new sales opportunities. Prepare and submit visit reports and updates to the sales manager. Follow up with clients for orders, payments, and service support. Education: Any degree holder (candidates with backlogs/arrears can also apply). Experience: Freshers are welcome. Prior sales or fieldwork experience is a plus. Gender: Male candidates only. Mobility: Must own a 2-wheeler with a valid driving license. Location preference: Candidates from Pondicherry, Chennai and Vellore nearby areas. Preferred candidate profile Energetic and self-motivated with a passion for field sales. Willingness to work independently and handle outdoor client visits. Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English. Familiarity with local areas and routes in and around Pondicherry. Ability to work under targets and deadlines.

At least 1 year of hands-on experience in recruitment . Working knowledge of PF, ESI , and attendance systems. Strong interpersonal and communication skills . Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with integrity.
