Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage
end-to-end recruitment
process for mid to senior-level non-IT positions.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, business goals, and team dynamics.
Write and post clear, targeted job descriptions on relevant platforms.
Source and screen candidates using various methods: job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, social media, etc.
Conduct preliminary telephonic/video interviews to assess candidate fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Manage offer negotiation and post-offer engagement to reduce dropouts.
Share weekly recruitment status reports and hiring metrics with stakeholders.
Stay updated with market trends and competitor hiring strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (MBA in HR preferred but not mandatory).
35 years of experience in
non-IT recruitment
, preferably in an agency or corporate setting.
Experience recruiting for roles such as Sales Executives, Accountants, HR, Admin, Purchase, Logistics, etc.
Strong sourcing and screening skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Hands-on experience with job portals (e.g., Naukri, Monster), social media, and ATS tools.
Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines with a sense of urgency.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Nice to Have:

Experience in bulk/mass hiring for non-IT roles
Familiarity with HRMS or recruitment automation tools
Exposure to employer branding initiatives
