Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Pharma Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across departments such as QA/QC, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Production, Engineering, EHS, Sales & Marketing
Collaborate with plant HR and hiring managers to plan manpower needs and recruitment timelines
Source candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and consultancy tie-ups
Conduct preliminary screening and schedule interviews
Travel to the
factory every alternate week
to oversee recruitment drives, interviews, and onboarding at the site
Coordinate with functional heads for interview feedback and selection decisions
Maintain recruitment trackers and submit weekly/monthly MIS reports
Handle offer negotiations, offer letters, and pre-joining formalities
Maintain candidate engagement and ensure smooth onboarding
