We are looking to recruit an experienced and dedicated OET Trainer to work in our Indian office in Kochi. The job involves direct contact with candidates.

Job Summary:

OET (Occupational English Test) Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct OET training classes (Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking modules) for healthcare professionals.

Design and deliver customized lesson plans based on student needs and proficiency levels.

Provide feedback and guidance to help students improve their test-taking skills and language proficiency.

Monitor student progress and maintain detailed performance records.

Organize mock tests and provide constructive evaluations.

Stay updated with the latest OET exam patterns, materials, and training techniques.

Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to enhance the overall training experience.

Support students with exam registration processes and post-training guidance if needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, English, Education, or a related discipline
• Valid OET scores
• TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification (preferred)
• At least one year of experience in teaching English or OET preparation (preferred)
• Proficient in English at a C1/C2 level
• Knowledge of medical terminology and the healthcare environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Genuine passion for teaching and supporting professionals in achieving their career aspirations
• Prior experience working with healthcare professionals such as nurses or doctors
• Ability to teach both online and in-person.
• Creative, patient, and adaptable teaching approach
