As a Network & Services Operation Associate Manager at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in transforming back office and network operations to enhance customer experience, reduce time to market, and boost revenue. Your primary responsibilities will include managing problems arising from information technology infrastructure errors to mitigate their impact on business operations and prevent their recurrence by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions. To excel in this role, you must possess at least 10 to 14 years of experience and demonstrate advanced programming skills, particularly in SQL scripts, Python, and PySpark. Experience with tools like Databricks and Palantir will be advantageous. Your involvement in GenAI and Machine Learning projects will be essential. Additionally, you should have a strong desire to learn data models and billing processes, coupled with critical thinking abilities.
