We’re looking for an experienced L1 Network Operation Centre (NOC) technician for Remote monitoring & troubleshooting network-related issues. Below are the roles and responsibilities: • Strong communication skills are a must as various teams are involved globally • Ready to work in night shifts (USA timings) • Efficient in phonetics, customer support and email etiquettes • Working knowledge of networking concepts and analytical skills to resolve issues • Hands-on experience of troubleshooting network related issues (node/link down, latency, packet drops) • Profound knowledge of switches, bridges, wireless controllers, access points • Experience in performing basic router internet setup, firewall info and port forwarding • Experience installing ethernet cables, terminations and punch down is a plus • Basic desktop and laptop troubleshooting and repair hands-on • CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent is a plus Show more Show less
