Lead Network Solutions Consultant

What You'll Do:

• Design & Deploy:

  Lead the planning, design, and implementation of advanced Cisco IP and optical networking solutions for large Service Providers.

• Technical Expertise:

  Install, configure, and maintain a wide range of Cisco IP and optical routers, including ASR9912, ASR9910, ASR9903, and Cisco 8K series.

• Protocol Mastery:

  Apply in-depth knowledge of routing protocols (OSPF, IS-IS, BGP, LISP, IPv6, MPLS LDP, MPLS TE, RSVP, Segment Routing) and switching technologies (STP, RSTP, VSS, vPC, vDC, MSTP, LACP, VLAN, VXLAN, EVPN, LISP) to deliver robust and scalable solutions.

• Service Configuration:

  Configure and optimize network services such as VxLAN, VPWS, VPLS, L3VPN, and TE-Tunnels.

• Troubleshooting & Optimization:

  Provide expert-level troubleshooting and debugging to resolve complex network issues and optimize performance.

• Customer Engagement:

  Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, establishing credibility and effectively communicating complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.

• Project Leadership:

  Successfully deliver 2-3 IP network deployment projects or optical networking projects for large Service Providers.

• Collaboration:

  Work collaboratively with internal teams and customer stakeholders to achieve project goals and ensure customer satisfaction.

What You'll Bring:

• Experience:

  8-10 years of validated experience in technical consulting, design, deployment, and troubleshooting within large-scale network environments.

• Certifications:

  Technical certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE (Routing & Switching / Service Provider) are highly desired.

• Problem-Solving:

  Creative problem-solving abilities and excellent troubleshooting/debugging skills.

• Communication:

  A comfortable, open communication style with the ability to simplify and educate customers on sophisticated data and processes.

• Business Acumen:

  Good business judgment and a willingness to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
