Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university

● At least 5 years of sales experience in Material Handling or Warehousing industry

● Candidates having sales training or MBA will be preferred The employee will be measured on the following KPIs

● New revenue generated in individual accounts

● Number of new orders

● Timely payment collection

● Number of new qualified leads/opportunities generated

● New client acquisition rates

● Existing client engagement/repeat sales to existing customers

● Customer satisfaction

● Team members’ confidence
