Production Engineer

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Production Engineer to oversee and manage the production process at our plant. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, maintain quality standards, and optimize efficiency in manufacturing. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage the production process to ensure timely and quality output. Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily production activities. Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards. Work closely with the design, procurement, and quality teams for smooth operations. Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions. Train and guide the production team for improved productivity. Qualifications & Experience: B.Tech in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering with 3-5 years of experience in production, OR Diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering with 5-7 years of experience in production. Experience in manufacturing material handling equipment, robotics, or automation is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
