Job Title: Motion Graphic Designer – Expert in Static & Motion Integration Experience: 1-3 years in a relevant field Overview: Creatore is seeking a talented Motion Graphic Designer who excels at seamlessly blending static and motion elements to craft visually compelling narratives. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both static design principles and dynamic motion graphics, bringing creativity and innovation to brand storytelling. Key Responsibilities: Design visually appealing static graphics and high-quality animations to enhance brand messaging and user engagement. Seamlessly integrate illustrations, typography, and photographs with dynamic motion elements to create cohesive visual narratives. Develop and execute animations, transitions, and visual effects using industry-leading software (Adobe After Effects, Blender, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, etc.). Collaborate with Creative Directors and Art Directors to ensure motion graphics align with brand identity and project objectives. Conceptualize and execute creative storytelling approaches, leveraging the impact of static and motion graphics. Translate client briefs into innovative and technically sound design solutions. Conduct quality checks to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with project specifications. Optimize graphics for various platforms and devices to maximize visual impact. Qualifications : Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing both static and motion design expertise. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Blender. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition. Excellent communication & collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork. Creative problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or equivalent work experience.
