Data Management:
Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources within the textile industry, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Generate regular and reports for management, focusing on production metrics, inventory levels, and supply chain performance.
Track stock levels, optimize inventory operations, and identify areas for improvement in the supply chain.
Develop and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) tailored to the textile/garment production process, ensuring efficient data flow.
Collaborate with design, production, and management teams to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
Create dashboards and visualizations to present data insights effectively.
Analyze costs of production activities, including raw material purchases, inventory, and labor.
