Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive MIS Executive with hands-on experience in Tally Prime 6.1. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing business data, generating reports, and supporting departments with relevant and timely information. The role demands strong proficiency in Excel and Tally for maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless reporting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update all records in Tally Prime 6.1 including sales, purchases, inventory, and ledgers.
• Generate MIS reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for sales, purchases, inventory, and accounts.
• Analyze data to support business planning and performance tracking.
• Develop and automate Excel-based reports using formulas, pivot tables, charts, and macros.
• Reconcile financial data between Tally and internal reports.
• Assist in preparation of GST reports, financial summaries, and audit support documentation.
• Collaborate with accounts, purchase, and sales teams to ensure consistency in data and reporting.
• Identify and troubleshoot inconsistencies or data issues in Tally entries.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience using Tally Prime 6.1 in a business environment.
• Strong command over MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.).
• Good understanding of accounting principles and inventory management.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Chartered Accountant
• Knowledge of GST filing and basic accounting principles.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI is a plus.
• Experience in a manufacturing or trading company environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
