Now scaling aggressively, we're looking for a performance-driven Meta Media Buyer to help us accelerate growth. What You’ll Do Own and manage daily Meta ad campaigns end-to-end (creation, testing, optimization, and scaling) Work closely with the creative team to build thumb-stopping ad creatives Continuously test new audiences, formats, and funnel strategies Monitor performance and report on KPIs like CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPM, etc. Stay on top of Meta platform updates and best practices Collaborate with founders on growth strategy and budget allocation What We’re Looking For - 2–4 years of experience running D2C performance campaigns on Meta (Facebook + Instagram) Proven ability to profitably scale ad spends Strong understanding of audience segmentation, pixel data, and campaign structures Data-first mindset: you're comfortable analyzing performance and making fast decisions Bonus: Experience working with women's-focused brands or products Why Join Scrubsy?
