Role Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Media Buying & Planning Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of hands-on experience in media buying and planning, excellent vendor management skills, and a strong understanding of media inventory across various cities.Key Responsibilities:• Plan and execute media buying strategies across print, outdoor, digital, and other traditional platforms.• Maintain an up-to-date database of vendor contacts and media inventory across multiple cities.• Liaise and negotiate with media vendors to secure cost-effective placements.• Coordinate branding site installations and conduct field visits for quality checks.• Track media performance and ensure timely delivery of media assets and campaign materials.• Prepare reports and documentation for ongoing campaigns and vendor agreements.• Support the team with administrative and operational tasks related to media execution.Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in B.A., B.Com., Journalism, Mass Communication, Advertising, or a related field.• 2–3 years of proven experience in media buying and planning.• Excellent organizational and negotiation skills.• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.• Comfortable with field visits and site inspections. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic reporting tools.What We Offer:• Competitive salary with growth opportunities.• Exposure to a wide variety of media and marketing campaigns.• A collaborative and supportive work environment.• Hands-on experience in branding and media operations.How to Apply:Send your updated resume and a brief cover letter to himaali.dhal@adlanemedia.com.
