Media Buyer – Meta / Google Ads (Sales Conversions)

About the Role

We’re on the hunt for a Performance-Driven Media Buyer who knows how to run ads that actually convert. If you live and breathe Meta and Google Ads, have scaled e-commerce/D2C campaigns, and can lead a team without the fluff — we want you.

This is not just another media buying role. We're looking for someone who can own the performance, strategise, and lead from the front.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan, execute, and manage high-budget paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook) and Google Ads
2. Optimise campaigns daily for ROAS, CAC, and Sales conversions
3. Develop, test, and scale creative strategies and audience funnels
4. Monitor performance data and make real-time decisions
5. Manage, guide, and train a team of junior media buyers
6. Collaborate with content, design, and product teams for performance improvements
7. Keep up with platform trends, algorithm changes, and industry benchmarks
8. Build weekly/monthly performance reports with clear actionables

Requirements:

1. 4+ years of hands-on experience running Meta & Google Ads for e-commerce/D2C brands
2. Proven track record of driving sales conversions and scaling campaigns profitably
3. Strong analytical skills and deep knowledge of performance metrics
4. Team management or leadership experience is a must
5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, result-driven environment
6. Must be available to work from our Mohali office
