About the Role:
We are looking for bright, motivated Mechanical Engineering graduates to join our team as Internship Trainees. Successful candidates will undergo a structured training period focused on design, development, and manufacturing of innovative electromechanical solutions in the renewable energy sector. Upon successful completion of the training, you will be considered for a full-time job role with our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Design & Development Projects:

• Solar Module Cleaning Robot:
• Assist in design and manufacturing.
• Selection and integration of motors, wheels, battery systems, and control components.
• Electric Vehicle (Trolley):
• Design and manufacture of an electric trolley with the following specifications:
• Load Capacity: 700 kg
• Speed: 19 meters/minute (~1.14 km/hr to 2 km/hr)
• Application Terrain: Desert, sand, and uneven surfaces
• Contribute to the preparation of technical drawings, bills of materials, and testing protocols.

Field Activities:

• Participate in installation, commissioning, and service support activities at project sites in Gujarat and Rajasthan.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Prepare project reports and maintain records of design calculations, test results, and performance data.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Educational Qualification:
• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering with First Class marks.
• Technical Skills:
• Fundamental understanding of:
• Engineering design principles
• Hydraulics
• Electromechanical engineering concepts relevant to applications like Hydro Projects, Wind Turbines, and Solar Power
• Communication Skills:
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Other Requirements:
• Demonstrated ability to learn and apply technical concepts independently.
• Willingness to travel frequently to project sites in Gujarat and Rajasthan.

Remuneration:

• Stipend: Negotiable during the training period.
• Salary: Negotiable upon successful completion of the internship.
