Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in business and IT requirements analysis preferably in a financial industry Strong experience in creating detailed documentation (user stories) and requirements management using Azure Dev Ops, Jira or similar tools. Must have previous experience facilitating meetings/discussion groups related to requirements definition/gathering and issue resolution. Excellent analytical skills with knowledge of front-end web application and/or Mobile App development and IT architecture. Strong communication/interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, leadership, time management and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Agile/Scrum preferred. Proficient in enterprise applications such as MS-Office, ADO/Jira, Visio, Mural or other requirements management tools.
