The Marketing Technology Team Administrator is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our marketing platforms, including Kapost, Content Hub DAM, and Showpad, with some work in our CMS and PIM systems as needed. In this role, you will act as the administrator and first point of contact for these tools, ensuring smooth functionality, providing support to internal stakeholders, and optimizing workflows to drive efficiency and engagement across the marketing team. This position reports to the Marketing Technology Team Leader and is part of the Marketing Operations Team located in Bangalore and will be an on-site role. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, IT, and external vendors to ensure alignment on platform goals and initiatives. Support campaign execution by ensuring content and assets are published and distributed on time. Who you are: Bachelor s degree in marketing, business, IT, or a related field. Fluent in English 1+ years of experience administering marketing technologies or digital platforms. Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and master new software platforms quickly. Proven ability to collaborate across teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with reporting tools, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
