Job Title: Marketing Manager (B2B)

Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month (based on experience & skills)

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our B2B marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and executing B2B marketing strategies, generating qualified leads, and enhancing brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, email, content, etc.)
• Create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, case studies
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Collaborate with the sales team to generate and nurture qualified leads
• Manage events, exhibitions, and other offline promotional activities
• Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, CRM, etc.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in B2B marketing (preferably in a similar industry)
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies
• Experience with lead generation, email marketing, and LinkedIn outreach
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative thinking with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
