Job Title: Assistant Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Assistant Marketing Manager to support and implement marketing strategies that promote the hotel’s services and brand. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing tools, and hospitality trends. This role plays a vital part in increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and driving occupancy and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and content creators for promotional material.
• Manage the hotel's online presence including website content, SEO, Google Ads, and social media channels.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
• Organize and promote events, special packages, and seasonal offers.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
• Prepare monthly marketing reports and presentations for senior management.
• Coordinate PR activities and maintain relationships with media and influencers.
• Maintain and update customer databases and use CRM tools to track campaign performance.
• Ensure all branding and promotional activities are consistent with the hotel’s image and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, social media platforms, email marketing).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinking with strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
