Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Corporate Sales Executive/Manager to drive revenue through corporate client acquisition, relationship management, and strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality industry with a proven track record in generating business from corporate accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and convert potential corporate clients for room bookings, events, and long-stay requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with corporate clients, travel managers, and decision-makers.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through new business development and account retention.
• Prepare and negotiate corporate rate agreements and long-term contracts.
• Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, and hotel site inspections.
• Coordinate with the reservations, front office, and banquet teams for seamless service delivery.
• Maintain an updated database of all corporate accounts and sales activities using CRM tools.
• Participate in industry networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in corporate sales within the hotel industry.
• Strong network with corporate companies and travel agencies is an added advantage.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet revenue targets.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (Zoho, Opera, Salesforce, etc.)

Salary: Based on experience + Incentives
