Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Head to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth for our company. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies across various channels. They will possess strong leadership skills to mentor and manage a team of marketing professionals and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives, encompassing ATL, BTL, and Digital marketing components.
ATL Campaigns: Plan, execute, and evaluate Above-the-Line (ATL) marketing campaigns, including TV, radio, print, and out-of-home advertising.
BTL Campaigns: Create and oversee Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing campaigns, including events, sponsorships, promotions, and experiential marketing initiatives.
Digital Marketing: Lead the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies, covering SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, and influencer partnerships.
Marketing Analytics: Utilize data analytics and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Creative Content: Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging marketing content and assets that resonate with the target audience.
Vendor and Agency Management: Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of marketing materials and campaigns.
Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing strategies and ensure effective communication.
Budget Management: Manage and allocate the marketing budget efficiently across ATL, BTL, and Digital channels to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, including ATL specialists, BTL specialists, and digital marketing experts, fostering their growth and development.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA/PGDM Must.
Worked in Mid-Size Company(100-500 cr)
Proven experience 10 Years in a senior marketing role, with a track record of driving successful marketing campaigns and strategies in FMCG Industry.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques across ATL, BTL, and Digital channels.
Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to drive insights and decision-making.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.
Demonstrated experience in team management and mentorship.
