Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our Industrial Lighting division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, promoting lighting products and solutions to industrial clients, and supporting the sales team through marketing campaigns and technical demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and market industrial lighting solutions to factories, plants, warehouses, commercial complexes, and infrastructure projects.
• Generate qualified leads through field visits, digital campaigns, exhibitions, and referrals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, and decision-makers.
• Understand client requirements and provide product recommendations based on technical specifications and applications.
• Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, product demonstrations, and after-sales support.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and suggest strategies for brand positioning.
• Prepare and deliver marketing presentations, brochures, case studies, and other promotional material.
• Maintain CRM records, prepare daily/weekly reports, and share market feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in B2B marketing, preferably in industrial lighting, electrical products, or automation sectors.
• Strong technical understanding of LED lighting and industrial applications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle field visits regularly.
• Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools (CRM, email campaigns, etc.).

Preferred:

• Prior experience in working with EPC contractors, OEMs, or infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with lighting standards, energy audits, and sustainability aspects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
