Overview We are seeking an IT Assistant to join our team and provide technical support in a dynamic office environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a desire to assist with various IT tasks. Responsibilities Provide IT support to office staff Analyse and troubleshoot technical issues Assist with the setup and maintenance of LAN networks Support users with Mac OS and other operating systems Assist in managing Active Directory accounts Assist with computer networking tasks Ensure the smooth operation of TCP/IP and TCP protocols Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting technical issues Knowledge of computer networking principles Familiarity with LAN setup and maintenance Experience with Mac OS and other operating systems Understanding of Active Directory management Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year Benefits: Life insurance Shift: Day shift Work Location: In person
