Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and highly creative Marketing and Social Media Expert to elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. This role blends strategic thinking with visual creativity, and is ideal for someone who lives and breathes content creation, social media trends, brand storytelling, and community engagement. Key Responsibilities: Creative Marketing: Creating engaging content and that drives engagement, builds community, and supports marketing objectives Collaborate with design, product, and content teams to craft compelling brand narratives across all channels Lead ideation for campaign concepts, video storytelling, and content themes that align with marketing objectives Manage content calendars and creative deliverables for digital campaigns, events, and product launches Analyze performance data and provide creative insights for improving campaign effectiveness · Maintain and manage a content calendar to ensure timely delivery and consistent brand voice · Monitor content performance and optimize based on analytics and audience feedback Social Media Strategy & Execution: Own the strategy and day-to-day management of all social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) Create visually engaging, platform-native content including reels, stories, carousels, and short-form videos Stay on top of social trends and viral formats to keep the brand voice relevant and engaging Monitor and respond to community interactions, fostering engagement and brand loyalty Collaborate with influencers and creators for partnerships and content co-creation Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in creative marketing, content creation, and/or social media management Strong portfolio showcasing creative campaigns, original content, or social media work Skilled in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing (e.g., CapCut, Final Cut Pro) Deep understanding of social platform algorithms, engagement strategies, and digital trends Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling abilities Data-driven with experience using analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics, Sprout Social) Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field (or equivalent experience) Preferred Attributes: Highly creative and trend-savvy with a finger on the pulse of emerging formats Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments with multiple ongoing projects Experience working with lifestyle, fashion, tech, or consumer brands is a plus CTC Bracket- Upto 20 lakh pa Show more Show less
