Job Overview: We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Manual Software Tester to join our QA team. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and usability of our web and mobile applications through manual testing methods. If you have a strong eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and experience in software testing, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Analyse requirements and create comprehensive test plans and test cases. Execute manual test cases for web and mobile applications. Identify, report, and track bugs using tools like JIRA or similar. Perform regression, smoke, and exploratory testing. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA team members. Participate in sprint planning and daily stand-ups. Ensure software meets business requirements and standards before release. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1 to 3 years of experience in manual testing. Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC processes. Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla). Good understanding of different types of testing – Functional, Regression, Smoke, etc. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field. Good to Have: Experience testing Martech platforms, analytics tools, or campaign tracking systems. Basic knowledge of SQL and databases, and Basic Automation skills JAVA with Selenium Familiarity with API testing using tools like Postman (optional). Why Join Idea Clan?
