Job Title: Manpower Sourcing Supervisor
Experience: 2–5 Years
Location: Chennai, Sriperumbudur

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Manpower Sourcing Supervisor to manage and execute bulk manpower hiring operations. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sourcing, campus recruitment, onboarding, and employee management. Strong experience in job fairs, campus and large-scale recruitment drives is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manpower Sourcing & Recruitment Handling

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to meet bulk manpower requirements.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled positions.

2. Campus Handling

  • Organize and coordinate campus hiring drives across ITIs, polytechnics, and training institutes.
  • Maintain strong relationships with placement coordinators and academic institutions.
  • Represent the organization at campus events and ensure candidate conversion.

3. Job Fair Participation

  • Plan and participate in job fairs and career expos at local, regional, and national levels.
  • Build and maintain strong connections with placement officers, training institutes, government agencies, and employment centers.
  • Design promotional content, job flyers, banners, and registration forms; ensure all materials are ready before the event.

4. Onboarding & Documentation

  • Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates including documentation, orientation, and system entry.
  • Coordinate with HR/Admin for ID cards, uniform distribution, training schedules, and joining formalities.
  • Maintain and update employee records as per company policies.

5. Employee Handling

  • Act as the first point of contact for new recruits and resolve initial queries and grievances.
  • Ensure workforce availability, attendance, and retention in coordination with the operations team.

Requirements:

  • Any Degree
  • 2–5 years of experience in manpower sourcing, bulk hiring, and campus recruitment.
  • Strong exposure to job fairs and field-based sourcing activities.
  • Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel for recruitment campaigns and manage off-site hiring activities.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
